- Support our Sales Team in all business development and client relations matters.
- Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Prepare and participate in client meetings and follow up on To-Dos.
- Conduct market research on potential clients and market trends.
- Help keep our CRM system up to date and use the tool’s capabilities to generate insights.
- Analyze our sales pipeline and prepare internal reporting.
- You are a self-driven, very well-organized, and results-oriented team player.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; German on native speaker level is an absolute must; English (C1 as a minimum).
- You have a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- You consider precision as a principle, not as a burden.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and result-oriented.
- You possess very good MS Office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint.
